We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.
What is Artodome’s Return Policy?
Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:
- Artwork which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
- Artwork not as per description/photo on the website.
- Artwork which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.
- Live performance not upto reasonable standards.
In case of artwork, all such artwork must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 3 (three) days of receipt of the artwork. Disputes registered after 3 (three) days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.
Similarly, In case of live performance not being upto the reasonable standards the buyer may register their dispute within 3 (three) days of the performance. Disputes registered after 3 (three) days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.
How to raise dispute for an order?
By sending email to email@example.com (i) with images of the defected/damaged artwork; and (ii) with video of the sub-standard live performance, within 3 (three) days of delivery/ performance. We need photos/video of the damaged/defective artwork or sub-standard performance received/ performed so that we can defend your dispute with relevant seller. Please mention your order number in the email.
